Regional Exclusions
Free shipping is not available for orders shipping to the following provinces and territories. Standard shipping rates apply for these regions and will be calculated at checkout.
- British Columbia
- Saskatchewan
- Northwest Territories
- Yukon
How shipping is calculated
For destinations not listed above, standard shipping will be free when your cart subtotal (before taxes) is $200 CAD or more. For orders shipping to the excluded regions, or when expedited shipping is selected, shipping charges will be displayed and calculated automatically at checkout based on delivery address, carrier rates, package weight, and dimensions.
Processing & delivery times
We aim to process and ship orders as promptly as possible. Typical processing time is 1–2 business days. Delivery transit times vary by carrier and destination — you will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Exceptions & additional notes
- Promotional thresholds are calculated before taxes and after discounts are applied.
- Bulky, oversize, or palletized items may incur additional shipping fees and are excluded from free-shipping promotions unless explicitly stated at product page/checkout.
- Macnaught Canada reserves the right to modify shipping promotions or excluded regions at any time; changes will be posted on this page.
